The Human Resources Manager is an exempt position reporting to the SVP, People & Culture. They set the tone for the Human Resources team and will be a company and Team Member advocate, and a leader of strategic management and change. This role is instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business goals and enabling organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to leadership, a champion of culture, and a catalyst for change while embodying Mission Rock’s culture and values.

Supervisory Responsibilities
· Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new HR staff
· Oversees the daily workflow of the department
· Provides constructive and timely performance feedback and evaluations
· Handles discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
· Serve as a key member of the HR leadership team and a strategic advisor to senior executives across key organizational functions
· Translate business objectives into integrated HR strategies that drive performance, innovation, and employee engagement
· Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support business transformation and scalability
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
· Build HR capabilities across the team to support evolving business needs and talent priorities
· Drive enterprise-wide talent strategies including succession planning, leadership development, and diversity, & inclusion
· Champion a high-performance culture aligned with Mission Rock’s values and growth ambitions
· Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure impact, and continuously improve HR programs and processes
· Harness HR data, uncover patterns, and generate predictive insights that inform strategic workforce planning and talent management
· Ensure HR operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices
Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
· 7-10 years of progressive HR experience
· Proven success in supporting a high-growth or transformation-focused business
· Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization
· Deep expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and change leadership
· Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity) and HR analytics tools
· PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
