Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Manager to grow and expand relationships within our existing customer base. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is responsible for driving revenue through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion of CCT’s SaaS offerings.
This person will work in tight partnership with Client Success Managers to understand customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and support long-term account health. The ideal candidate balances strong relationship-building skills with a strategic sales mindset, ensuring customers see increasing value from our platform over time.
