Associate Client Support Manager - Corporate

Consumer Edge is a data and insights-as-a-service company delivering transaction-based intelligence to corporate and investment leaders. The Associate Client Success Manager will support onboarding, adoption, and day-to-day relationship management for corporate clients, collaborating with Account Management, Product, Data, and Research to ensure customers realize value from CE’s platform.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication with professional stakeholders
  • Analytical ability to interpret usage data and identify trends
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks concurrently
  • Collaborative style to work across Sales, Product, Data, and Research teams

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day relationships for a defined set of corporate client accounts in partnership with Account Management.
  • Educate customers to drive adoption and optimal usage of CE’s products and data.
  • Track deliverables, follow up on open items, and align clients and internal stakeholders on next steps and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and internal records of contacts, meetings, usage notes, and renewal dates.
  • Prepare client-facing materials including account summaries, usage reports, and presentation content.
  • Monitor engagement and account health indicators; escalate notable changes to senior team members.
  • Coordinate responses to client requests by partnering with Insights, Product, Data, and Support teams.
  • Develop client-facing resources (guides, FAQs, onboarding checklists) to accelerate adoption.
  • Identify and implement improvements to workflows, processes, tools, and documentation.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant coursework or experience in data, analytics, or client-facing roles preferred
