Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day relationships for a defined set of client accounts in partnership with Account Management and other CE teams
- Educate clients to ensure adoption and optimal usage of CE’s data and platform
- Track deliverables, follow up on open items, and align stakeholders on next steps and timelines
- Maintain accurate CRM and internal records of contacts, meetings, usage, and renewal dates
- Prepare account summaries, usage reports, and presentation materials for client meetings
- Monitor basic account health indicators and escalate notable changes to senior team members
- Coordinate responses to client requests with Insights, Product, Data, and Support teams
- Contribute to client-facing resources such as guides, FAQs, and onboarding checklists
- Identify and recommend process improvements and workflow efficiencies within Client Success
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
