Responsibilities: You will onboard new clients, manage client accounts, renew partnerships, and synthesize feedback to enhance service delivery and reduce client churn.
Skills: 3-5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, K-12 education experience preferred, strong organizational and project management skills, and a track record of driving customer success outcomes.
Qualifications: Experience in education leadership, ability to strategically prioritize tasks, and a commitment to the mission of closing the opportunity gap.
Location: Remote with travel required to Northeast regions (NY/NJ).
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.
