Skills
- Proven full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, including active headhunting
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Strong interviewer skills and ability to evaluate fit and competencies
- Experience with recruiting metrics and pipeline reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Proactively source, headhunt, and engage candidates for leadership, technical, and corporate roles across the organization
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse, high-quality candidate pipeline
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit
- Manage, mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to a team of recruiters focused on volume hiring
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies
- Track, measure and report recruiting KPIs to improve process efficiency and outcomes
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS compliance and data integrity
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- HR, Business, or related fields preferred but not required
- Relevant recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
