Senior Recruiter

Career TEAM is a mission-driven workforce development organization that combines technology with high-touch services to improve job seeker outcomes nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to source and attract leadership, management, and corporate talent while overseeing and mentoring a team focused on volume hiring to ensure alignment with organizational goals and a high-quality candidate experience.

Skills

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, including active headhunting
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong interviewer skills and ability to evaluate fit and competencies
  • Experience with recruiting metrics and pipeline reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, headhunt, and engage candidates for leadership, technical, and corporate roles across the organization
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse, high-quality candidate pipeline
  • Conduct resume reviews, phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Manage, mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to a team of recruiters focused on volume hiring
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies
  • Track, measure and report recruiting KPIs to improve process efficiency and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS compliance and data integrity

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • HR, Business, or related fields preferred but not required
  • Relevant recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
