Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and recruitment activities
- Support recruiters with job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate outreach as needed
- Prepare and distribute interview materials to hiring teams
- Track recruitment metrics and assist with reporting needs
- Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and external partners
- Assist with offer processes and pre-onboarding activities
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent work experience in recruitment/HR
