Responsibilities
- Respond directly to customer HR inquiries and provide clear, user-friendly guidance
- Analyze complex HR problems and develop practical, compliant solutions
- Manage a queue of open customer issues to ensure timely resolution
- Escalate sensitive or compliance-risk matters to Compliance when appropriate
- Create HR-focused content for external customers and internal teams
- Explain complicated compliance and HR concepts in simple terms
- Project manage cross-functional, complex customer issues to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
- Handle sensitive situations professionally and compassionately
Education
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification required (or obtain within first 6 months with employer support)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
