Join a fast-paced, growth-oriented tech company as a strategic HR leader supporting General & Administrative teams. As a Senior People Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to drive performance, support employee engagement, and scale people practices across all stages of the employee lifecycle. You’ll have the opportunity to shape workforce planning, talent development, and culture, acting as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on partner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building impactful, people-first programs from the ground up.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as a strategic thought partner and coach to leaders, helping to build and scale high-performing, values-driven teams.
  • Advise on performance management, organizational design, rewards, team dynamics, and employee relations.
  • Lead key initiatives such as workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with recruiting to align on headcount forecasting and ensure the right talent is brought on board.
  • Identify, lead, and execute process improvements across people operations to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR teams to deliver programs in compensation, DEI, benefits, learning & development, and more.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders on all people-related matters, driving a culture of accountability and high execution.

  • 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 4 years as a strategic business partner in a high-growth or scaling environment.
  • Strong foundation in multiple HR disciplines such as employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence leaders across all levels.
  • High business acumen and curiosity, with a proactive mindset and strong judgment.
  • Comfortable navigating complex challenges in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous settings.
  • A collaborative, empathetic, and human-centered approach to driving change and supporting teams.
  • Competitive salary range: $151,100 – $202,100 USD (location-dependent)
