Care Pro Relationship Manager

Honor Technology partners with Home Instead to deliver technology-enabled in-home care that empowers older adults to age in place. We are looking for a Care Pro Relationship Manager to lead market staffing strategy, cultivate strong relationships with Care Professionals, and collaborate closely with Client Managers to ensure high-quality, well-matched client care.

Skills

  • Proven experience in client/patient management or demanding customer service roles
  • Strong relationship-building and coaching skills for caregiver engagement
  • Scheduling and staffing strategy experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to use CRM and scheduling tools effectively
  • Operational problem-solving and triage skills
  • Sensitivity to client needs and high standards for care quality
  • Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market staffing strategy via proactive Care Pro outreach, scheduling best practices, and creative staffing processes
  • Coordinate closely with Client Managers to understand client needs, care plans, and scheduling nuances to create optimal matches
  • Mobilize newly hired Care Pros quickly and efficiently to ensure timely client coverage
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Care Pros, providing coaching, feedback, and support to improve visit quality
  • Monitor schedule adherence and adjust staffing to meet changing client needs and partner priorities
  • Triage and resolve real-time market issues, escalate and delegate when appropriate
  • Collaborate with Care Pro Performance, Recruiting, Training, CPHR, and Trust & Safety teams on cross-functional initiatives
  • Support Client Manager on partner communications, client experience tasks, and billing/collections as needed

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
