Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for engineering roles from requisition to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with executives and engineering leaders to define role requirements and create job descriptions
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates using proactive outreach and pipelines
- Manage candidate scheduling, interview debriefs, and timely communication throughout the process
- Partner with People Ops Onboarding to ensure a smooth transition from offer to start date
- Track and report recruiting metrics and status to the Manager of Recruiting
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Equivalent professional recruiting experience accepted
