Responsibilities: Develop account strategies, manage expansion and renewal targets, generate relationships with strategic accounts, and ensure customer success through consulting and coaching.
Skills: At least 10 years in sales, particularly in enterprise consultative selling, exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and technical proficiency in Salesforce.
Qualifications: A proven track record of high performance in sales, experience selling to CXOs, and a strong ability to navigate complex organizations for stakeholder management.
Location: This position is based in the USA with a hybrid work model.
Compensation: $124880 - $226000 / Annually

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this role is $124,880 – $226,000.

$154,000 – $226,000: New York City
$133,000 – $199,560: Nassau, Newburgh
$124,880 – $187,320: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
