As a Senior People Insights Consultant at BetterUp, you'll play a critical role in transforming the employer/employee relationship by leveraging behavioral science and consulting expertise to drive business success in government organizations.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include conducting business discovery, designing solutions for clients, engaging in thought leadership, providing insights on value creation, and managing stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
Skills: Required skills include proficiency in behavioral science, HR expertise, strong facilitation and presentation abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include an M.A. with 7 years of consulting experience or a PhD with 5 years in a relevant field, alongside a deep understanding of business strategy and human capital.
Location: This position is remote with some required travel (up to 40%).
Compensation: $151850 - $260000 / Annually

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this role is $151,850 - $260,000.
