Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic advisor to the VP of People, shaping priorities across headcount, org design, engagement, and global expansion
- Design and manage People team interfaces with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and information flow
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution and measurement (e.g., future of work, technology upgrades)
- Prepare and facilitate content, data and agendas for executive meetings, board updates, and offsites; track decisions and actions
- Drive people team business rhythm including quarterly reviews, strategic planning, headcount management and communications
- Partner on workforce planning, succession planning, talent development and employee engagement measurement
- Represent the VP of People in internal/external forums and champion company values during change initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Degree in Finance or Business strongly preferred
