- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and create detailed deployment plans
- Comfortable with travel and hands-on, physical work in field environments
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute deployment operations lifecycle for hardware fieldings, demonstrations, and customer events.
- Manage forward logistics, reverse logistics, and maintenance & repair workflows for fielded systems.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory: labeling, tracking locations, reporting shortages, and restocking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Operations, Growth, and internal teams to plan and execute deployments.
- Use tools (JIRA, NetSuite, Slack, email) to communicate status, milestones, and movements to stakeholders.
- Perform equipment installation, setup, and basic troubleshooting during deployments and test events.
- Create detailed deployment plans and checklists to ensure hardware and personnel are in the right place at the right time.
- Problem-solve operational obstacles and escalate to appropriate teams when required.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
