Skills
- Instructional design & curriculum development (ADDIE, adult learning)
- Experience delivering technical training to non-technical and technical audiences
- Ability to build training across multiple platforms (CBT, simulations, hands-on)
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence
- Comfort with travel up to 50% and instruction in hazard zone environments
- US Person status and ability to work with export-controlled data
Responsibilities
- Create and manage training collateral for hardware and software product capabilities
- Convert product capabilities and procedures into learning objectives and course content with SMEs
- Design curricula across formats: presentations, hands-on labs, CBT, and simulations
- Keep instructional materials current with product updates and new features
- Plan and execute expeditionary delivery of training at customer sites, test sites, and hazard zones
- Deliver classroom presentations and hands-on instruction to military, government, and commercial users
- Capture user feedback and pain points to inform product and UX improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, engineering, design, and operations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, technical field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant instructional design or training certifications are a plus
