Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for forecasting, scheduling, and productivity optimization across the specialist network
- Own capacity planning strategy and partner with Operations, Commercial, and Strategic Finance to design data-driven hiring and deployment plans
- Translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives that expand network capacity, improve efficiency, and strengthen financial performance
- Drive enterprise-level projects end-to-end, from strategy through execution, with measurable operational outcomes
- Partner closely with Product, Tech, and AI teams to accelerate automation and efficiency in specialist workflows
- Monitor and report on throughput, utilization, and other clinical and operational KPIs
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) preferred but not required
