We are seeking a strategic and creative People Analytics Manager to support high-impact HR initiatives through advanced analytics and data storytelling. This role will focus on special projects that drive business outcomes, partnering closely with the Reporting & Analytics team and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a consultant mindset, thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex problems, and delivers executive-ready insights that influence decision-making.
This position offers flexibility for primarily remote work, to be based from a variety of US or Canada locations where AECOM has an office.
