We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our Sales and Go-to-Market teams while partnering closely with hiring managers across the organization. Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, from sourcing to offer stage
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools like Ashby, and other sourcing methods
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and deliver effective hiring strategies
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, acting as a transparent, empathetic, and inspiring representative of the company
Use data to track and improve recruiting processes, optimize pipeline health, and drive decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment
3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech companies
Proven success hiring for Sales or Go-to-Market roles
Background in sourcing and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Strong client management skills, including the ability to give strategic pushback and influence decisions
High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset and familiarity with metrics and reporting
Excellent communication skills - both in engaging with candidates and aligning expectations with hiring teams
