As a member of the HR leadership team, the Senior Manager of HR Operations and Global Governance will provide both strategic and operational HR leadership support across Accurate’s locations in the US while also providing leadership and operational governance globally. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver exceptional HR programs that create a positive employee experience at all phases of the employee life cycle. You will collaborate closely with business and HR functional leaders to ensure the programs developed align with our workforce strategy, including areas related to workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and employee engagement.
