The current industry standard is to train on a random sample of your data, which is inefficient at best and actively harmful to model quality at worst. There is compelling research showing that smarter data selection can train better models faster—we know because we did much of this research. Given the high costs of training, this presents a huge market opportunity. We founded DatologyAI to translate this research into tools that enable enterprise customers to identify the right data on which to train, resulting in better models for cheaper. Our team has pioneered deep learning data research, built startups, and created tools for enterprise ML. About the Role
DatologyAI is rapidly scaling our recruiting team and looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to fuel this growth. As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll own the full-cycle process and partner directly with company leaders to build world-class teams of engineers and researchers. This role is for someone who is a builder at heart and energized by the chance to shape the recruiting function from the ground up.
What You'll Work On
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles
Partner with key stakeholders and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and create effective search strategies.
Build and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a thoughtful and personalized candidate experience.
Drive structured interview processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and a high hiring bar.
Develop creative sourcing strategies alongside the team to uncover specialized talent.
Use data and metrics to optimize the hiring funnel, improve conversion rates, and inform strategic decisions.
Build scalable recruiting processes and best practices as the company grows.
About You
4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally building teams in AI, ML, or other deep tech fields in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Proven success in closing senior-level and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
Strong communicator who can influence, build trust, and drive alignment with stakeholders at all levels
Energized by ambiguity and high ownership, with a bias toward speed and results
Compensation
At DatologyAI, we are dedicated to rewarding talent with highly competitive salary and significant equity. The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $170,000.
The candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
