Skills
- 6+ years owning full-cycle technical recruiting across levels, including senior hires
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday)
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Data-driven approach to measure pipeline health and improve hiring efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple mediums
- Proven ability to build credibility with executives and cross-functional partners
- Commitment to inclusive hiring and diverse pipeline-building
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering roles from Associate to Director, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
- Act as a technology subject matter expert while supporting other business areas as needed.
- Monitor and report on pipeline health using data; identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to hiring metrics.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to provide status updates, market insights, and hiring strategy.
- Coach hiring teams on interviewing best practices and inclusive hiring to ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and belonging within the recruiting function and broader teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant certifications or coursework in recruiting/HR a plus
