- Strong product leadership with experience shipping complex, technical products

- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with AI/ML teams and technical partners
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or consumer-facing digital health products preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Zo, Zocdoc’s AI phone platform
- Build, hire, mentor and grow a high-performing team of product managers
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Marketing, Sales, BD, and Operations
- Use experimentation, voice-of-customer feedback, and product analytics to iterate and improve KPIs
- Champion best-in-class product development practices, rituals, and team processes
- Balance long-term platform investments with near-term business impact and go-to-market needs
- Represent product priorities to senior leadership and stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus but not required
