Skills
- Proven product management and strategy development experience
- Strong project and program management skills across multiple workstreams
- Experience integrating and optimizing platforms such as Salesforce, HRIS, LMS, and knowledge management systems
- Familiarity with UX design principles and ability to translate user feedback into product decisions
- Data-driven decision making and analytics to prioritize work and measure impact
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
- Experience with procurement processes, RFP evaluation, and vendor management
- Quality assurance and systems testing experience
- Ability to manage change, competing priorities, and complex organizational dynamics
Responsibilities
- Develop annual product strategy and roadmaps aligned to organizational goals, budgets, and stakeholder priorities
- Assess market trends and competitor solutions to identify product innovation opportunities
- Create processes for reviewing internal system requests, RFPs, and technology procurement
- Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to release and adoption
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Program, Design) to deliver platform upgrades and new implementations
- Manage technology project timelines, risks, and resource allocations and implement corrective actions
- Build dashboards and automated processes to measure progress against roadmaps and product KPIs
- Lead quality assurance, cross-product testing, and integration validation across multiple platforms
- Design and coordinate system training and documentation for users before and after rollouts
- Recruit, lead, and develop a product team, including performance management and staffing
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Product Management are a plus
