Job Description:
As a Senior Product Manager in our Sending Technology Solutions business unit, you are excited to develop new products and new lines of business. You have the entrepreneurial vision to set the business strategy, the detailed focus to execute that strategy, and the self-motivation to constantly drive long-term financial growth & success for your product portfolio.
In this role, you’ll be part of our Digital Product Management team supporting our PitneyShip Pro Portfolio. All of our offerings are built on our modern Shipping 360 digital platform and are focused on reducing the complexity of sending and receiving parcels and mail for our clients.
The wage range for this position is $145000 to $180000, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

You will:
Set the strategic vision & direction for your integrated hardware & software product portfolio
Support a focus on Shipping APIs with a lean toward UI
Work closely with engineering to bring new, cloud-enabled, IoT hardware and software products to market
Develop and execute on a detailed product vision and roadmap to ensure long-term business growth.
Lead the definition of product requirements and development strategy with engineering leaders and user experience architects
Maintain a strong understanding of relevant markets, customer needs and competitive offerings to manage a rapidly growing business and identify new profitable market opportunities
Manage relationships with key hardware and software vendors
Manage the product portfolio with financial responsibility for your product portfolio (Driving Revenue / Gross Profit / EBIT), including pricing strategy
Define & execute on the go-to-market strategy & vision for your product portfolio
Your Background:
As a Senior Product Manager, you have:
8+ years of experience with integrated hardware-software-cloud products, with 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Development role
A background in go-to-market functions is also preferable for this commercially focused role
Proven experience and confidence in driving strategy & achieving long-term growth and financial success for a product portfolio
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand broad concepts, identify connection points and gaps, and establish product strategies that align with the broader business vision
Experience leading teams and driving projects to successful & expedient product launches
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, negotiation, and an ability to develop lasting internal and external partnerships
Experience in business case development and P&L ownership
Experience in utilizing client insights to drive product innovation
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business highly desirable, MBA preferrable
Location:
This is a hybrid role that will require travel into our Selton, CT office based on business need. (No relation assistance is offered)
