The Senior HRIS Analyst’s primary focus will be on supporting and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (Workday Human Capital Management, UKG Dimensions Timekeeping, and Ceridian Dayforce Payroll). This role focuses primarily on Dayforce Payroll for US and CAN and how it integrates with Workday and UKG Dimensions to ensure accurate employee data and on time payment. The analyst will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality HR service and efficient processes. This individual will serve as an administrator for Workday, UKG, and Dayforce and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of and planning for system upgrades, report writing, analyzing data, and process flows for process improvement opportunities. This individual must possess a unique set of skills that include an understanding of Dayforce payroll, reporting, imports and exports, and strong project management and analytical skills. This position will be based onsite in one of the Nordson Hubs.
