Skills: Strong project management, relationship development, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and a passion for education and community service.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience with AmeriCorps programs and developing training materials is preferred.

The high level:
This is an exciting and dynamic role in the AmeriCorps department at Reading Partners. The main focus of the role is to generate enough applications to fill all awarded AmeriCorps slots (250+) on an annual basis. To do this, you’ll provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing quality relationships with regional AmeriCorps points to reach our collective goal of recruiting 250+ AmeriCorps members. Additionally, you will support the growth and development of college campuses and community-based partnerships for all regions. As a recruitment manager, you will provide direct support to three time zones. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of National Service, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate and knowledgeable about partnership development and recruitment.

What you’ll do:
Annually recruit a diverse cohort of 250+ AmeriCorps for 8 regions. Assess and innovate on Reading Partners’ recruitment strategy.
Lead the development and implementation of a plan to raise public awareness for the Reading Partners’ AmeriCorps program through various media channels.
