Responsibilities
- Oversee Contact Center, People Technology, People Analytics, and Innovation functions to deliver exceptional team-member experiences
- Set and achieve SLAs, ensure compliance, and continuously improve People Ops service delivery
- Develop and execute a people technology roadmap and manage vendor relationships
- Design and document processes to mitigate risk in partnership with Legal and Compliance
- Build People Analytics capabilities to generate actionable insights and inform decisions
- Lead cross-functional projects and implement innovative ways of working across the People team
- Manage a team of ~5–10 direct reports, including talent development and performance management
- Own budget and vendor management for assigned People areas
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant fields (HR, Analytics, Business) preferred
- Advanced degrees or HR/Analytics certifications preferred
