Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and deliver HR strategies aligned to business objectives
- Coach and advise managers on talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations) to implement programs
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform decision-making and identify trends or improvement areas
- Support change management initiatives and help build a high-performance culture
- Lead or support employee engagement initiatives and action planning
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters ensuring legal compliance and appropriate resolution
- Work with leadership on succession planning, career development, and workforce planning strategies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and internal procedures
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and support occasional travel as required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience required
- Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
