Customer Success Representative, Velocity

Veeam is the global market leader in data resilience, protecting hundreds of thousands of customers with backup, recovery, portability, security, and data intelligence solutions. The Customer Success Representative for the Velocity segment will manage territory renewals and expansion, drive customer retention and satisfaction, remove renewal obstacles, and collaborate with sales and partners to meet and exceed quota in a high-velocity, remote environment.

Skills

  • 2+ years of sales experience (any industry) with proven quota attainment
  • Strong customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience with quoting, pricing, and up-selling processes
  • Cold-calling and reactivation experience
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience compiling, querying, analyzing and reporting data
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage and overachieve renewal and expansion quota for assigned Velocity territory
  • Proactively monitor expiring agreements and execute timely renewal actions
  • Prepare and provide proposals, quotes, co-terming and up-sell opportunities
  • Cold-call lapsed customers to reactivate maintenance and support agreements
  • Collaborate with Sales, partners, and cross-functional teams to close renewals
  • Negotiate maintenance agreements and pursue reinstatement opportunities
  • Handle inbound renewal inquiries across portals and maintain high CSAT
  • Accurately record all activities and maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene
  • Meet daily/weekly SLAs, KPIs and reporting requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (or combination of education and experience)
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in sales, business, or related fields considered a plus
