Sales Engineer - Alliances

SpyCloud is a cybersecurity leader focused on disrupting the criminal underground and protecting organizations from account takeover, ransomware, and fraud. They are seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer - Alliances to strengthen partner relationships by providing technical leadership, enablement, and pre-sales support across channel and strategic partners in the U.S.

Skills

  • Strong foundation across cybersecurity domains: IAM, incident response, SaaS security, and OSINT.
  • Proven experience with link analysis tools (e.g., Maltego, IBM i2 Analytix/Analyst Notebook).
  • Demonstrated ability to present and demo complex technical solutions to enterprise audiences.
  • Experience working with channel partners and alliances in the U.S. market.
  • Familiarity with scripting or programming (Python or similar) to support integrations and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical advisor for alliance and channel partners, delivering training, enablement, and pre-sales support.
  • Participate in joint sales engagements as a trusted technical resource alongside partners and SpyCloud sales teams.
  • Run product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution evaluations tailored to partner and customer use cases.
  • Gather technical requirements, validate solutions, and support technical evaluations and POCs.
  • Leverage SpyCloud data and OSINT to support threat hunting and apply findings to customer scenarios.
  • Drive channel growth through solution architecture, SME engagement, and partner-focused enablement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure smooth integrations and escalation handling.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant certifications or industry training (e.g., security/IR/IAM certifications) are a plus.
