Sales Territory Manager - Hybrid position

Talent Consultants is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Territory Manager to join our team in a hybrid position. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to manage and grow our customer base within a defined territory. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building relationships with clients, and executing sales strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in territory management, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office environments. You will leverage your strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and customer-focused mindset to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a sales territory to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align initiatives and drive engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales territory management
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events
