Compensation Analyst

Veeam is a global leader in data resilience providing backup, recovery, portability, security, and intelligence across virtual, cloud-native, SaaS, Kubernetes, and physical workloads. The Compensation Analyst will support the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs, partner with HR and Talent Acquisition, run market benchmarking and salary administration, and help drive process improvements and automation across global compensation initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong Excel skills and advanced data manipulation
  • Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS
  • Data visualization and reporting (dashboards, KPI tracking)
  • Compensation survey design and market benchmarking
  • Salary structure design and job evaluation knowledge
  • Familiarity with US and global compensation compliance
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Process improvement and automation mindset

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies and programs
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on offers, guidelines, and training
  • Analyze compensation data, market trends, and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Conduct market benchmarking and manage compensation survey participation
  • Review salary adjustments and role classifications for consistency and recommend corrective actions
  • Support biannual compensation review cycles including planning, testing, analysis, and communications
  • Assist in designing and maintaining salary structures, job evaluations, and incentive programs
  • Monitor statutory compensation requirements and advise on compliance
  • Audit and update Workday and compensation tools and manage vendor contracts and invoices
  • Create and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards for compensation programs

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, HR, Business or related field
