Enterprise Sales Representative

SupplyHouse.com is an industry-leading e-commerce company serving HVAC, plumbing, heating, and electrical trades. We're seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative (Business Development Specialist) to grow revenue within education and government accounts by managing the full sales cycle, negotiating bids, building relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions.

Skills

  • Proven negotiation and closing skills for complex B2B deals
  • Experience managing full sales cycle and pipeline
  • Strong Excel and data-analysis proficiency
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking outreach and opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritize, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable with up to 30% travel

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within assigned education and government accounts (colleges/universities, federal/state/local agencies).
  • Prospect, qualify, and advance leads through the full sales cycle to close revenue-generating deals.
  • Negotiate bids and manage the end-to-end bid process ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and a robust network within the sector.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, IT, Product, Merchandising, and Operations to deliver customer solutions.
  • Create, update, and manage sales reports, pipelines, and account records.
  • Plan and execute integrations with key trade platforms to increase share of wallet.
  • Travel up to 30% for client meetings, tradeshows, conferences, and periodic HQ meetings.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
