I'm now over 1 year in and feel confident in what I'm seeing with Saviynt. Having spent 30 years in the industry this is the first time I can say I'm working with a top shelf team from CEO to first line worker. One thing I always look for is culture from top down. Is what is being said in C suite match what is actually being expected. Do leaders really have an open door policy? Are they open to feedback to help get better.
