Key Account Manager - Los Angeles

Connected International (Connected Cannabis Co.) is a vertically integrated cannabis company operating across multiple U.S. markets, focused on breeding, growing, manufacturing, and distributing premium cannabis products. The company is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead sales and distributor relationships across the Los Angeles territory, driving growth at dispensary and on-premise accounts through frequent field presence and strategic program execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned on-premise and dispensary accounts using a consultative approach.
  • Execute sales activities to drive distribution, promotional activations, and staff trainings for Connected and Alien Labs brands.
  • Track and report KPI progress, account visits, trainings, competitive activity, and special projects in proprietary reporting tools.
  • Participate in market commercial planning and regular team meetings to align on strategy and initiatives.
  • Lead account meetings and presentations to increase volumes and develop long-term business opportunities.
  • Deliver year-over-year growth within assigned accounts and meet monthly KPI targets.
  • Represent the brand at local events and support execution of national initiatives in the local market.
  • Provide timely market and competitive updates to the Area Sales Manager, including distributor and staffing changes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (acceptable with relevant experience)
  • Relevant industry training or certifications a plus
