Based in Savage, MN the primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representatives is to provide support and develop relationships with our customers and sales teams. You'll provide the highest degree of customer service and respond to inquiries from customers and Account Managers by accurately and efficiently processing requests for price, delivery, returns, order status, order expedites, product literature, and technical assistance.
