Vice President, Revenue Operations

Spring Health is a fast-growing mental health care platform on a mission to remove barriers to mental healthcare. The Vice President, Revenue Operations will lead the Revenue Operations function—owning forecasting, analytics, sales compensation, GTM systems, and operating cadence—to drive predictable growth, operational maturity, and scale across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.

Skills

  • Deep Salesforce expertise and hands-on experience with Clari and LeanData or similar RevOps tooling.
  • Proven track record owning forecasting, pipeline analytics, and improving forecast accuracy.
  • Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans and incentives.
  • Strong data and analytics literacy with ability to build dashboards and translate data into insights.
  • Operational orientation with experience translating strategy into measurable operating plans.
  • Cross-functional influence and clear senior-level communication.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize revenue planning and target-setting across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success aligned to company strategy.
  • Own forecasting cadence, pipeline management, performance reviews, and executive revenue reporting.
  • Design, implement, and administer sales and customer-facing compensation plans in partnership with Finance and People.
  • Manage and optimize the GTM systems stack (Salesforce, Clari, LeanData, etc.) and partner with IT/Data for scalability and data integrity.
  • Develop dashboards, pipeline analytics, and insights to improve forecasting accuracy and executive decision-making.
  • Establish operating rhythms, governance, and cross-functional processes to improve predictability and accountability.
  • Drive automation and AI-enabled productivity improvements across revenue workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, CS, Finance, Product, and Marketing to remove friction and improve operational outcomes.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred but not required.
