Responsibilities
- Stock, track, and replenish office supply inventory
- Serve as primary contact for office-related needs (supplies, furniture deliveries, space planning support)
- Coordinate daily operations with Facilities, IT, Security, People Team, and other cross-functional partners
- Support meeting and event logistics
- Assist with onboarding setup logistics including desk assignments, key cards, and welcome kits
- Partner with Facilities on office moves, signage updates, and space utilization tracking
- Perform general administrative tasks: data entry, calendar support, invoice submission, and vendor coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment that supports productivity and culture
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- AA or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
