Sodexo is currently seeking a Food Production Manager - 3 to join our Government Services team at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma in Yuma, Arizona.  The Production Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of all culinary operations for one of it's Mess Halls.

What You Bring

• have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; 
• have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; and/or
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
