Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe work environment for all associates and managers
- Hire, train and develop the fulfillment center (FC) management team and oversee career progression
- Drive site performance across key KPIs: Safety, Customer, Quality, Productivity
- Identify problem areas and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost safety, quality and productivity
- Design and deploy productivity and labor plans in collaboration with site and network leadership
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Systems & Automation, and Facilities to support site needs
- Partner with other GMs and network leaders to establish standards and scalable processes for expansion
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred
- MBA or Master's degree is a plus
