Responsibilities
- Manage Workplace space planning and associated software across operations
- Administer the Workplace ticketing system and assign tasks to team members
- Track quarterly budgets, manage invoicing and basic financial recordkeeping for workplace projects
- Troubleshoot workplace issues and provide high-level customer service to internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple workplace projects with strong attention to detail and timelines
- Create, maintain, and implement detailed Workplace SOPs
- Work cross-functionally with operations and other teams to support growth and continuous improvement
- Coordinate workplace-related events, moves, and on-site logistics as needed
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or Bachelor's preferred (facilities, business administration, or related field)
