Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues alongside operations and maintenance teams
- Provide technical support for abnormal and non-routine operations
- Monitor line health and analyze process data to improve production performance and product quality
- Implement data collection technologies to better track and optimize production metrics
- Create and revise process work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Train production teams on new processes and equipment
- Organize and oversee plant testing, trials, and commissioning activities
- Identify, lead, and execute continuous improvement projects
- Lead and support incident investigations and corrective action plans
Education
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (required)
