- Experience implementing Lean methodologies and process improvement

- Proficient communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
- Experience managing the full staffing lifecycle including hiring and performance management
- Ability to analyze data and communicate results across levels
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Comfort working in heavy industrial settings with variable noise, lighting, and temperatures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements of the role
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and be on-call for 24/7 operations support
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve a strong safety culture across a 24/7/365 manufacturing site
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost
- Set clear goals, measure performance, provide feedback, and hold site leaders accountable
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for site staff
- Manage production, maintenance, and material management teams to meet quarterly targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Business Development, and Design Engineering
- Develop organizational capabilities, performance metrics, and process improvement programs
- Ensure resource planning and coordination with HR, Finance, Safety, and Ops Integration
- Provide on-call support and availability to support 24/7 operations as needed
- Support domestic and international travel up to 25% for site and business needs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, chemistry, or related field strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required (with significant manufacturing leadership experience)
