Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues on the production line in collaboration with operations and maintenance
- Provide technical support for abnormal and non-routine operations
- Monitor line health, analyze process data, and recommend improvements to performance and quality
- Implement and maintain data collection systems to track and optimize production
- Create and update process work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Train production teams on new equipment, processes, and safety procedures
- Plan and oversee plant testing, product trials, and commissioning activities
- Identify, lead, and support continuous improvement projects to increase throughput and reliability
- Lead or support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
Education
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline required
- Technical training or certifications in electrical/instrumentation preferred
- Relevant safety training (e.g., respirator use, hazardous materials handling) recommended
