Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable food services program aligned with company culture and growth objectives
- Oversee daily operations for food deliveries, food trucks, mini kitchens, and third-party vendor services
- Source, contract, schedule, and manage vendor relationships; monitor vendor performance and SLAs
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations and manage related audits
- Develop a roadmap and lead projects for future initiatives such as a central/main kitchen
- Manage program budget, cost optimization, and basic P&L oversight for food services
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align food services with site operations and events
- Create metrics, reporting, and feedback loops to measure service quality and employee satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and oversee any direct food services staff or contractors as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Management, Nutrition/Food Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience accepted
