Skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with workforce planning, headcount forecasting, or financial planning
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data manipulation; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI preferred
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, finance, and business leaders
- Project management and execution orientation; able to operate tactically and at strategic levels
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Build and run staffing processes to enable efficient recruiting and allocation of resources as the division scales
- Support corporate planning cycles by building and monitoring performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount forecasts
- Collaborate with Recruiting to ensure the right types and quantities of hires and to reprioritize recruiting effort as needed
- Work with functional leaders to align employee performance and career plans to project staffing needs
- Monitor and analyze recruiting, staffing, and financial progress and recommend resource reallocations
- Partner with Business Operations, Analytics, and Finance to build tooling and infrastructure for demand vs. supply monitoring
- Execute cross-functional special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and business infrastructure
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant coursework or certifications in analytics, finance, or operations a plus
- Eligibility for U.S. security clearance (Top Secret) required
