Responsibilities
- Manage daily Accounts Payable operations including invoice entry, payment disbursements, aging reporting, and vendor onboarding
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and credit operations to ensure effective vendor/customer management and credit strategy
- Review and approve monthly account and vendor reconciliations, account flux analysis, tax filings, 1099 reporting, and audit support
- Partner with General Ledger, Data, Procurement, HR, and Engineering on recurring and ad‑hoc cross‑functional initiatives
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve payment/account disputes proactively
- Lead strategic growth of Accounting Operations through process improvements, training, KPIs, and automation initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
- CPA or advanced degree preferred but not required
