Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-volume multi-entity calendars and prioritize meetings based on strategic objectives
- Draft and manage high-level communications on behalf of executives, including emails, briefings, and agendas
- Plan and execute leadership offsites, internal events, board meetings, investor meetings, and VVIP tours
- Coordinate cross-company scheduling, synchronize leadership meetings, and maintain a macro view of company calendars
- Build and maintain systems, workflows, and tools for logistics, recurring briefings, document prep, and knowledge transfer
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Executive Assistant team to ensure consistency, high service quality, and ownership
- Coordinate briefing materials and prep for key meetings, speeches, and executive engagements
- Continuously improve processes to remove bottlenecks and accelerate decision-making
