Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end field execution for complex capital and tenant-improvement projects from permit handoff to final turnover
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Facilities, Design, Legal, EHS, Security and executive stakeholders to align project delivery
- Manage, mentor and develop Superintendents, Project Managers and Controls staff; own onboarding and long-term talent growth
- Own large-scale construction budgets and capital POs; present performance, forecasts and justifications to senior leadership
- Standardize field operations by creating construction playbooks, governance processes and digital execution tools
- Ensure projects meet operational requirements, safety and environmental codes while delivering on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Partner with Design and Real Estate to align capital planning, permitting and phased execution strategies
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant professional certifications preferred (PMP, CCM, LEED)
